Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day. As there are few hotels on Kea private homes are rented out in the summer . Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa, which is in a small complex of three houses in total, is in area of Akroriti - Otzia, with an amazing sea view.

The villa is on two levels and consists of the main house and a guest house. The main house has a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed an en-suite bathroom (shower). Connected to the main house but with an independent entrance there is a guest house with a double bed, single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The living room, kitchen, bedroom on the ground floor and the guest house all have balcony doors that lead directly on the terrace and swimming pool. On the terrace there are shaded dining and seating areas from where one can sit and enjoy and the amazing sea view.

Amenities: Refrigerator and freezer, electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, Internet, mosquito blinds, air-conditioning in 2 bedrooms, the third bedroom has a ceiling fan, electric heating panels, fireplace, covered parking, portable charcoal BBQ, two 32" flat screen TV's (one in the living room, one in the guest house), DVD player, Blue Tooth Sound Tower with USB/SD/SCHC card reader & FM radio, linen and towels, dishes and utensils, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, baby cot, indoor ding for 6 people, 2 outdoor dining tables, one for 10 people, 2nd one for 6 people, outdoor sofa and armchairs for 5 people, 4 sunbeds, 2 chaise lounge, 4 director chairs with a coffee tables.
