Kea, also known as Tzia, is an island located close to Athens and is considered a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands. It boasts a unique style and offers a relaxing vacation experience with good food. Unlike other islands, Kea has limited hotels and mostly rents out private houses, many of which are made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, which can mostly be accessed by boat.

A 100 square meter villa overlooking the Bay of Otzia is available for rent on the island of Tzia.
The villa has two levels.
The first level includes a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped with a dining area, and two large verandas. One veranda overlooks the beach of Otzias, while the other is used as a sheltered area during windy days.

The lower level of the villa leads to the garden and includes three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others two with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed. There are two bathrooms . A corridor leads to the bedrooms from the living room.
The villa has three ceiling fans, and one parking space.

The villa has various amenities, including fans, a dishwasher, an oven, a freezer, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, an espresso machine, a washing machine, a toaster, books, mosquito blinds, a hairdryer, and an iron and board.
Pets are allowed.

The outdoor amenities include covered dining areas for a relaxing meal overlooking the beautiful Bay of Otzia.
The villa is having two spacious terraces with verandas. One of them has a beach view while the other overlooks the bay. The villa has direct access to Otzias' sandy beach, which is only a five-minute walk away via staircases. All the rooms in the villa have a view of the bay since the villa faces east.
