KEA, summer villa with sea view

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The property is 1 kilometer from the picturesque Marina of Vourkari, with its well known fish restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques. The villa is ideal fro those that want to be close to the action, but without the noise. The villa is also ideal for a large group of friends or 3 families. The villa, which is 260sq meters, is set on a 4. 000 sq meters plot of land with a view of the Bay of Vourkari and a small bay called “The three sandy beaches”, Tris Amouthies. The villa is modern in design and has a large well lit living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms , two more bedrooms and one bathroom .

Facilities: 3 master bedrooms with double beds and en- suite bathrooms with showers. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and one bathroom with a shower.
